1. THOMHOUSE PROJECT Services will provide a reliable and stable internet according to Subscribers allocated bandwidth.

2. Subscriber responsibilities to provide access and clearance to allow duly authorized THOMHOUSE PROJECT Services personnel to enter and leave the Subscriber premises at reasonable hours or at such frequency as may be necessary, and subject to prior notice to the Subscriber, for the purpose of conducting installation.

3. In case of service problem and troubleshoot THOMHOUSE PROJECT Services will provide technicians in the located area for a quick response.

4. Availed/Borrowed router have a six (6) months warranty since the day of installation set-up and activation. THOMHOUSE PROJECT Services is responsible to replace it but for factory defect only. Warranty is void if damaged by any misfortune or subscribers fault. THOMHOUSE PROJECT Services is not responsible for UTP wire installed, after one week since the day of internet activation.

5. Billing shall commence one (1) day after activation of the service.

6. Subscriber shall pay before of due date to avoid automatic downgrading of service.

7. Subscribers is required to ask a reasonable promissory before due date if unable to pay to avoid disconnection.

8. THOMHOUSE PROJECT Services may suspend service after two (2) days since due date if failed to pay the obligation bill .

9. The Subscriber may terminate his subscription in writing or call by giving one (1) month prior notice for cancellation and by fully settling all his outstanding obligations with THOMHOUSE PROJECT.

10. This contract have no lock-in period.

11. THOMHOUSE PROJECT Services reserves the right at its discretion to modify, delete or add to any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. It is the Subscriber’s responsibility to regularly check any changes to these Terms and Conditions. The Subscriber’s continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

12. The following documents shall, by this reference, form integral parts of the agreement between THOMHOUSE PROJECT Services and the Subscriber.

13. In case of any conflict in the interpretation of the provisions of the aforementioned documents, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
