Terms and Conditions
Welcome to SIERRA NETWORKS INC. By applying for, subscribing to, or using our internet services, you agree to
comply with the following Terms and Conditions.
Installation and Activation
A standard Installation Fee of P1,000.00 applies and covers up to 250 meters of cable installation. Additional
charges may apply for installations requiring longer cable distances.
The Activation Fee covers account setup, provisioning, and service activation costs. Once the installation or
activation process has commenced, the Activation Fee shall be strictly non-refundable.
Billing and Payment
Subscribers are required to pay all monthly service fees on or before the due date indicated in their billing
statement. Accounts may be subject to prorated billing upon service activation.
Disconnection and Reactivation
A grace period of five (5) days is provided from the due date.
• Renter accounts may be disconnected after fifteen (15) days from the due date.
• Owner accounts may be disconnected after thirty (30) days from the due date.
A Reactivation Fee of ?300.00 shall apply before service restoration.
No Lock-In Period
SIERRA NETWORKS INC. does not impose a lock-in period unless otherwise stated in a separate written
agreement.
Equipment Responsibility
Subscribers are responsible for the proper use, safekeeping, and protection of all company-owned equipment
installed at the service location.
Applicable service charges include:
• Modem Reset / Reconfiguration – P200.00
• Wi-Fi Password Change Assistance – P100.00
Additional charges may apply for damaged, lost, altered, or improperly handled equipment.
Relocation or Transfer of Service
Relocation requests are subject to network availability and technical feasibility.
• ?500.00 relocation fee for up to 250 meters
• Additional ?700.00 charge for relocations exceeding 250 meters
Subscription and Acceptable Use
The Service shall be used only for lawful purposes. Unauthorized resale, redistribution, sharing, or commercial use
of the Service without prior written consent from SIERRA NETWORKS INC. is strictly prohibited and may result in
suspension or termination of service.
Termination of Service and Return of Equipment
SIERRA NETWORKS INC. reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for non-payment, fraudulent activity,
misuse of service, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or submission of false information.
Upon cancellation, termination, or permanent disconnection, all company-owned equipment, including but not
limited to modems, power adapters, cables, and related accessories, must be returned in good working condition,
subject to normal wear and tear.
Failure to return company-owned equipment may result in replacement or recovery charges.
Data Privacy
SIERRA NETWORKS INC. processes personal information in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise
known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and applicable regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission.
Amendments
SIERRA NETWORKS INC. reserves the right to modify, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions, service
policies, rates, fees, and charges at any time. Any amendments shall become effective upon posting on the
company's official website, social media pages, customer portal, or other official communication channels.
Acceptance
By submitting an application, paying for service, or continuing to use the Service, you acknowledge that you have
read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
